Wisdom Harps – Warranty, Care & Terms
Each Wisdom Harp is carefully crafted and curated by us, designed to help you play, learn, and connect with music and nature. Your harp comes with a 12-month warranty and a complete set of extras: padded backpack, harp necklace, book, bag, one month’s free learning access, and an extra string set to help you manage minor string issues yourself.
1. Warranty Period
All Wisdom Harps come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
2. What’s Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship of the harp and included extras.
The extra string set allows you to replace worn or broken strings as needed.
3. What’s Not Covered / Exclusions
Natural wood movement or aging – wood is a living material that can expand, contract, or develop small cracks over time; this is not a defect.
Normal wear and tear – strings, levers, tuners, finish, or accessories naturally wear with use.
Environmental or accidental damage – exposure to extreme humidity, heat, drops, or misuse.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications – any work done outside approved guidance.
4. Shipping, Returns & Repairs
Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs if a harp or accessory is returned.
Any replacement, repair, or refund is at the sole discretion of Wisdom Harps and may be subject to inspection.
We cannot cover international shipping or replacement costs, and any action under warranty is handled case by case.
Optional repairs or maintenance after 12 months can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Where appropriate, we can arrange paid repairs or maintenance services, even after the warranty period, to help maintain the harp in optimal condition.

Follow the care instructions below to ensure your harp stays in optimal condition.
Report any defects within the 12-month warranty period with photos and description.
Care Instructions
1. Temperature & Humidity
Keep your harp in a stable environment (18–22°C / 65–72°F, 40–60% humidity).
Avoid radiators, fireplaces, direct sunlight, air conditioners, or sudden temperature changes.
2. Handling & Playing
Hold the harp by the frame, not strings or levers.
Tune gradually and gently; do not force levers.
3. Cleaning
Dust with a soft, dry cloth.
Use a slightly damp microfiber cloth for the wood if needed; avoid chemicals on strings, levers, or internal parts.
4. String Care & Replacement
Strings wear over time; replace broken or fraying strings promptly using the extra string set provided.
Store spare strings in a dry, safe place.
5. Transport & Storage
Use the padded backpack for transport.
Store upright on a stable, flat surface; avoid leaving in cars for long periods.
6. Accessories & Extras
Handle the book, bag, and necklace gently; they are included but only covered for defects on arrival.

By purchasing a Wisdom Harp, customers acknowledge and agree to these Warranty, Care & Terms.

All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, or repairs under warranty are at the discretion of Wisdom Harps, and may vary depending on the circumstances.
