Wisdom Harps – Warranty, Care & Terms
Each Wisdom Harp is carefully crafted and curated by Wisdom Harps, designed to help you play, learn, and connect with music and nature. Each harp comes with a 12-month warranty and includes a complete set of extras: padded backpack, harp necklace, book, bag, one month’s free learning access, and an extra string set to help you manage minor string issues independently.
Warranty Period
All Wisdom Harps come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. After this 12-month period, Wisdom Harps is no longer responsible for the harp, its condition, or any repairs, replacements, or refunds.What’s Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of the harp itself and defects in included accessories on arrival. The extra string set is provided to allow customers to replace worn or broken strings as part of normal harp care.What’s Not Covered / Exclusions
Natural wood movement or aging is not considered a defect, as wood is a living material that can expand, contract, or develop small cracks over time. Normal wear and tear is not covered, including strings, levers, tuners, finish, or accessories. Damage caused by environmental conditions such as extreme humidity, heat, cold, accidental damage, drops, misuse, neglect, or improper storage is excluded. Any unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications will void the warranty.Refunds, Returns & Responsibility
Wisdom Harps operates a limited and discretionary refund policy. Refunds are rare and are not guaranteed. No full or partial refunds will be issued after six (6) months from the date of purchase, under any circumstances. Within the first six (6) months, partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases and solely at the discretion of Wisdom Harps, following inspection of the harp and the circumstances involved. Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for any returns. Any replacement or refund decision is made at the sole discretion of Wisdom Harps and handled on a case-by-case basis. International shipping or replacement costs cannot be covered.If any issue occurs within the warranty period, customers are encouraged to contact Wisdom Harps first via email. Wherever possible, guidance or troubleshooting advice may be offered to assist with minor issues using the included resources. Wisdom Harps does not offer repair or maintenance services beyond the scope of the warranty.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for following all care instructions to maintain the harp in good condition. Any defects must be reported within the 12-month warranty period with clear photos and a written description.Care Instructions
Keep the harp in a stable environment between 18–22°C (65–72°F) and 40–60% humidity. Avoid radiators, fireplaces, direct sunlight, air conditioners, and sudden temperature changes. Always handle the harp by the frame rather than the strings or levers. Tune gradually and gently, and do not force levers. Clean using a soft, dry cloth, or a slightly damp microfiber cloth for the wood only; avoid chemicals on strings, levers, or internal parts. Replace broken or fraying strings promptly using the provided extra string set and store spare strings in a dry place. Use the padded backpack for transport and store the harp upright on a stable, flat surface. Avoid leaving the harp in cars for extended periods. Included accessories such as the book, bag, and necklace should be handled gently and are only covered for defects on arrival.Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a Wisdom Harp, customers acknowledge and agree to these Warranty, Care & Refund Terms. Customers are responsible for reviewing and adhering to these terms and care instructions. All decisions regarding refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of Wisdom Harps and may vary depending on individual circumstances. Wisdom Harps operates with integrity and will address issues on a case-by-case basis, encouraging customers to reach out for guidance where appropriate to ensure a positive harp experience.
